For skirts that are either too loose or too tight around the waist or hips we can provide alterations such as adjusting the side seams or the centre back seams to increase size or we can effectively reduce the size using different types of alteration types. We provide a fitting space to allow you to try your alterations to allow us to determine the perfect fit for your body shape, to make the perfect alterations. For a neater silhouette we taper (narrow) skirts either fully or partly. For a subtle taper we would remove excess fabric from the inside seams. We can shorten any type of hem whether your skirt has one or multiple layers, keeping the original design intact.
